Hi Jarrod…I’ll be interested to see how this works for you. I know well the difficulties in trying not to have my attention divided, particularly in busy times. I think the main benefit of this particular strategy though is in getting us back on track. Let me know how it goes…good luck!

Yup, it’s a little frightening when we realize that even if we workout regularly, sitting too much cancels the benefit.
