Brockway Services is an individual and executive development consultancy that specializes in personal and organizational sustainability. We work with organizations to develop cultures that drive high levels of employee engagement, productivity & retention. We also work with accomplished men and women who want more time to take care of themselves and live the life they truly desire.
Our primary focus is on developing clients professionally in strategy, leadership, performance and behaviour as well as personally in overall satisfaction and balance of life. Organizations are best served by leaders who are able to get the best from others and who themselves are engaged, capable, happy & fulfilled.
Executive performance and organizational effectiveness studies repeatedly confirm that wellbeing is good business regardless of the state of the economy. People who are happy and fully engaged in all aspects of their lives not only play pivotal roles in the success of any organization, they are the underpinning of lasting organizational success.
We take a 360º perspective because we believe that it is important to nurture all aspects of our lives – work, home and play. They are connected, as are personal and organizational sustainability. A rich, fulfilling career is as important to your personal life as a happy, fulfilling home life is to your career.

“Doug arrived in London in the midst of critical and difficult contract negotiations with my company’s largest client. He quickly got up to speed and helped me to identify additional strategies to communicate the value of our work and our hopes for expanding this relationship. Doug sat in on our negotiation meeting the following day and facilitated the conversation , ensuring the client fully understood what was being proposed … Not only were we successful in renewing our original contract but two additional ones as well. Thanks Doug!”
