Lisa often finds herself in the role of being a trusted thinking partner to HR professionals and business leaders, having amassed nearly 25 years of consulting and learning and development experience in a variety of industries. Clients retain her for leadership development; women’s career development; coaching; team working interventions; Diversity and Inclusion culture change strategies, and facilitating learning sessions on unconscious bias and on many aspects of diversity.
Lisa was on the BP Global Faculty delivering learning curricula on “Improving Personal Performance” “Effective Team Working” and “Communication and Influence” for senior leaders and managers around the world. She designed and delivered “Maximizing Your Performance” for Business Resource Group members, “Maximizing your Career Development” for Women’s Network members, and created customized interventions – all with the theme of personal or team effectiveness – for a variety of businesses. Lisa was also a Senior Consultant based in The Hague, NL, with Shell Learning, and a consulting member of the leadership team for Shell’s Global Diversity Practice, based in London.
Lisa is a transplant to Southern California, having done her MBA degree at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where she also left her heart. She holds certifications in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching; Administration of the Intercultural Developmental Inventory (IDI); FIRO-B; Strengths Finder and MBTI.
